Ramen Noodle Stir Fry

Ramen Noodle Stir Fry is a spicy yet healthy dish that I absolutely love. It can be made with a number of different types of noodles, including udon, or, shirataki, and even angel hair.

I love that this dish is not only easy to make, but it’s also healthy because the noodles you use are rarely, if ever, fully cooked. It’s a neat trick of being able to cook healthier food, while enjoying the most delicious taste!

This super easy and tasty Ramen Noodle Stir Fry recipe will have your guests raving and you will be the talk of the town! This quick and easy recipe uses fresh ramen noodles, butter, onions, and soy sauce.

When cooking this dish, you should first prepare the ramen noodles by carefully rinsing them under cold water, then cut them in half to make a small amount of noodle chunks. You can use a large or small frying pan to heat the oil.

Once the oil is hot enough, you can add the noodles and cook on one side or over medium-high heat. Ramen Noodle Stir Fry is one of my very favorite Chinese stir fries.

I have made it so many times since high school when we had those tiny packages of mung beans that came in small containers. We used to put beef, chicken and pork ribs into them until they were nice and crispy.

In high school we also had chicken fingers and beef brisket stir-fried along with some cabbage and rice. To this day when I see ramen noodles I get a little nostalgic. Sometimes it’s good to remember where we’ve been and what we’ve tasted.
