If you do not have much experience cooking quinoa, you might want to find a recipe for a vegan quinoa bowl that is easy to follow. This will help you prepare the dish and get it prepared in a timely manner. Some recipes are so easy that you can even do it on the fly. Ingredients

  • 250 gr of cooked quinoa.

  • Mixed raw vegetables (I use carrots, cucumber, lettuce, tomatoes, and paprika).

  • Seaweed as desired.

  • 1/4 clove onion.

  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic.

  • 2 tablespoons raisins.

  • 1 teaspoon vegetable shrimp paste.

  • 1 lime juice.

  • Pepper and salt to taste.

  • Coconut oil to taste.

  • Roasted almonds.

  • Chili powder.

Directions

  • Cut vegetables and onions as desired.
  • Wash vegetables thoroughly under running water and set aside.
  • Prepare a frying pan, add coconut oil, onion, minced garlic, and vegetable shrimp paste.
  • Saute until fragrant and then turn off the stove.
  • Add quinoa, raisins, and vegetables.
  • Press the lime.
  • Add the seaweed, pepper, and salt.
  • Stir until smooth.
  • Move it into a bowl and ready to be served.

You can also add all kinds of vegetables and beans to your dish. One of my favorite foods is black beans. Adding a little corn salsa with the black beans will round out the whole dish.
