Ingredients

  • Fettuccine. I use la fonte.

  • Olive oil.

  • Unsalted butter.

  • Full cream milk.

  • Oregano.

  • Parsley.

  • Corned beef.

  • Shrimp.

  • Broccoli.

  • Onion.

  • 1 tablespoon of fiber cream.

  • 1 teaspoon cornflour.

  • 2 minced garlic.

Directions

  • Boil the fettuccine until al dente. Give salt, olive oil and broth, here I use mushroom broth
  • After the fettuccine is cooked, drain well.
  • Melt the butter. Saute onion and garlic until fragrant.
  • Then put the corned beef, shrimp, and broccoli that has been boiled with saltwater.
  • Once cooked, mix full cream milk, fiber cream, and cornstarch until creamy.
