Kale Chips are one of those recipes that’s so easy, and so tasty, you’ll make it time and time again.


  • 4 cups of kale leaves chopped into small chip-size bites

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 pinch sea salt

  • 1 pinch garlic powder

  • 1 pinch smoked paprika


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Fill a large mixing bowl with the kale, and then pour in olive oil.
  • Mix around until the oil lightly coats all of the kale.
  • Sprinkle the seasoning over the kale, to taste.
  • Spread the kale out evenly on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 15 minutes or until crispy.
  • Let cool for 3 minutes and then remove from baking sheet and eat up!
