Breakfast is always the best meal of the day, so here’s how to make an egg & bacon cauliflower English muffin breakfast sandwich that you can enjoy any day.

What is the nutritional content of this breakfast sandwich?

This breakfast sandwich is low in fat and high in protein. It’s also a good source of Vitamin A, Vitamin B6, Iron, Calcium, Potassium, Thiamin, Riboflavin, Niacin and Folate. The sandwich has almost no carbs and only five grams of sugar.

It’s important to remember that the nutritional information listed on packages varies depending on the ingredients used in each recipe. For example, if you use whole eggs instead of egg whites this will increase the fat content by about two grams and change some other nutrients as well. Similarly, if you choose to use bacon or turkey instead of cauliflower you would have even higher levels of protein and lower levels of fat or carbs.

How to assemble the ingredients for a breakfast sandwich.

The ingredients for the egg and bacon cauliflower English muffin breakfast sandwich start with a large english muffin. Cut it in half so it will fit into a pan.

Next, use your hands to flatten out the inside of the english muffin halves so that they are approximately 3/4-inch thick. This will make them easier to fry later on.

On each side of the english muffin halves, spread mayonnaise and then layer your choice of meat or vegetables. You can add cheese on top if you wish as well.

Fry in a pan until the bottom side of the english muffin is golden brown, about 3-5 minutes.

On each side of the fried english muffins, lay down two slices of bacon or turkey before adding another slice of meat or vegetables and then top with cheese. Top off with another slice of bacon or turkey before frying again until both sides are golden brown, about 3-5 more minutes total cooking time.

How to fry the English muffin in the pan before serving it.

To make the egg & bacon cauliflower English muffin breakfast sandwich, you will need to fry the English muffin in a pan before you add the filling. This can be done on your stove top or in your oven.

If frying on the stove top, preheat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and grease with cooking spray or vegetable oil. Place one English muffin in the center of the pan and cook for about 2 minutes on each side, until golden brown. Fill with egg whites and bacon or turkey before topping with cheese. Fry for about 20 seconds on each side to melt cheese and cook eggs & bacon.

If frying in an oven, preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Place one English muffin in an oven-safe dish and cook for about 3 minutes or until golden brown on both sides. Fill with egg whites and bacon or turkey before topping with cheese. Fry for about 10 seconds on each side to melt cheese and cook eggs & bacon.

How to make a breakfast sandwich.

Start by preheating the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Dice the cauliflower into 1/2 inch cubes and season with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Toss the cauliflower in a large bowl with 1/4 cup of olive oil and place on a baking sheet that has been lined with aluminum foil or parchment paper. Bake for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cauliflower begins to turn golden brown. Remove from the oven and set aside to cool for about 5 minutes.

Next, in a large skillet or cast iron pan over medium-high heat, add 2 teaspoons of butter or bacon grease to the pan and once it begins to bubble around the edges, add your diced eggs. Season with salt and pepper to taste before cooking them until they begin to set up on one side before flipping them over. Cook until both sides have browned slightly but are still runny inside before removing from pan and laying on a paper towel-lined plate.

In a small bowl combine all of your sandwich ingredients: cheese, mayonnaise, mustard and pickle relish (if you don’t want any pickles). Stir together until well combined then spread this mixture evenly across two english muffins that have been lightly

How to cook the bacon or turkey before assembling the sandwich.

The next step is to add the bacon or turkey to a hot pan. You want it to be cooked, but not fully crisp. It should be cooked for about four minutes on each side before adding the cheese. If you’re using bacon, cook until it’s crispy and browned. A turkey breast will take longer to cook—it can take anywhere from six to 10 minutes.

When the meat is done cooking, remove it from the pan and set it aside while you prepare the English muffins. Now that they’re ready, you can assemble your sandwich! Lay one of the English muffin halves on a plate and then place half of your bacon or turkey on top of it. Top this with some scrambled eggs and then cover with another english muffin half. Put some more cheese on top of everything before frying it in a pan for 30 seconds or so over medium heat. Serve immediately!
