  • 350-500 gr cauliflower.

  • 2 tablespoons butter.

  • 2 egg yolks.

  • 50 gr grated Parmesan cheese.

  • Salt to taste.

  • 2 tablespoons butter.

  • 1 onion.

  • 4 cloves garlic.

  • 500 gr ground beef.

  • 1 tsp dried thyme.

  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary.

  • 50 gr of tomato paste.

  • 100 grams of spinach leaves.

  • 100 gr button mushrooms.

  • 1 tsp soy sauce.

  • 1 tablespoon ground beef broth.

  • Salt to taste.

  • Pepper to taste.

  • Ingredient C:
  • Grated cheddar cheese to taste.

  • Dried parsley to taste.

Directions

  • Ingredients A:
  • Steam the cauliflower until cooked or tender.
  • Then put the cauliflower, butter, salt & pepper into a food processor or blender.
  • Process for a while, add eggs then process again. Finally put in grated Parmesan cheese then process until smooth, set aside first.

  • Chop onions.
  • Mash and chop the garlic finely.
  • Heat butter in a skillet, saute garlic & onion until fragrant.
  • Add ground meat, saute until the meat changes color.
  • Blend tomato with a little water.
  • Add dried thyme and rosemary. Then, stir until smooth.
