  • 2 lb pizza dough (910 g)

  • Marinara sauce, for dipping

  • 3 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese (30 g)

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

  • 16 mozzarella string slices of cheese, each cut into 3 equal pieces


  • Preheat the oven to 400˚F (200˚C).
  • On a cutting board, divide the dough into 10 equal balls.
  • Begin rolling a ball of dough into a 6-inch (15-cm) tube and flatten until the strip of dough is about ⅛-inch (⅓-cm)thick.
