Cheese is one of the first ingredients most of us look for when making a grilled cheese sandwich. It is a staple in many variations of a grilled cheese sandwich and can even be used in other grilled cheese recipes.
The cheese will add a nice kick to your sandwich, but it should not take away from the grilled bread’s flavor. Cheese in any grilled recipe will make the sandwich taste better.
There are many different variations of the grilled cheese sandwich recipe, including a guacamole variation. A guacamole variation is very popular in the south and also in Mexico.
You may find guacamole on many breakfast bowls of cereal, tortillas, and even a pizza or some salads. This variation is very good because it adds a nice splash of color to your sandwich.
Guacamole is an excellent way to use the yellow part of the fruit to brighten your sandwich. If you are going with a bread machine, then adding the cheese is fairly easy.

To make a guacamole variation, you should add the guacamole mixture right to the bottom of your bread machine. Once you have mixed the ingredients, then add the bread machine into the grilling process.
You can get even more creative with your grilling and try adding cheese to other parts of your sandwich, like the top, bottom, sides, or even the inside. Try using cheese on the outside of the sandwich before you start grilling it. This will give you that nice golden brown finish that makes your sandwich look yummy.
