Here is a delicious chicken sausage pasta recipe that you will love to dig into each day. This is the perfect weeknight meal, and you can have it over pasta or lasagna, if that is your choice.
Use any type of fresh low-fat or fat-free pasta and cook the sausage, then drain off the excess grease and let it cool until it’s time to make the pasta. In a large bowl, combine the softened and drained pasta and the sausage, and mix thoroughly.
Then add in half a cup of skim milk or low-fat yogurt, a quarter teaspoon of dried garlic, and a third of a cup of dry red wine, and mix just until smooth. Now you are ready to enjoy this wonderful pasta meal–pasta and all!
